| Description: | We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef with experience in the food service industry. This position is to be Head Pastry Chef of the newest Kneaders Bakery & Cafe located in the Newpark shopping center off of the Kimball Junction exit/Park City, Utah. This position is available starting November 2nd, 2009 with corporate training held in Orem, Utah then moving to store setup and onsite training for the Grand Opening November 18th, 2009. | Duties: | This is a full scratch bakery. You will scratch prepare and make over 40 pastries on a daily basis. You will be responsible for inventory controls, employee costs and productivity monitoring, for the pastry department.
You will be required to work 40 hours a week, ALL holidays except Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. You will typically be working morning shifts.
Hours of Operation: 7:00am-10:00pm |
