| Description: | We are looking for a night shift manager for the newest Kneaders Bakery & Cafe located in the Newpark shopping center off of the Kimball Junction exit/Park City, Utah. This position is available starting November 2nd, 2009 with corporate training held in Orem, Utah then moving to store setup and onsite training for the Grand Opening November 18th, 2009. | Duties: | Day to day operations, employee management, customer service, training, inventory management, catering, retail sales, and profit & loss controls.
You will be required to work 40 hours a week, ALL holidays except Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. You will be working afternoon and evening shifts. Food preparation, serving, cleaning and order taking will be part of the job responsibilities.
Hours of Operation: 7:00am-10:00pm |
| Qualifications: | Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant (F&B) and GED. If you do not have any restaurant experience, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
Need to be able to work with a team, lead by example, and never shy away from whatever it takes to get the job done. Must have examples as to how you have demonstrated this in past positions. |
